Ecoliving – Your Partner for renewable heating systems in Lanarkshire.

What excites us here at Ecoliving is helping organisations and homeowners to reduce energy costs and carbon emissions. We specialise in implementing energy savings and delivering the best possible return on investment.

Ecoliving was one of the first UK companies to be established with a total focus on renewable energy back in 2004 and now with over 12 years’ experience of some 2,500 installations we continue to offer our unique range of solutions across Scotland and from our regional offices in the South of England.

With early accreditations and the winning of government pilot projects, Ecoliving established itself as one of the leading on-site renewable energy specialists. Technical prowess, a passion for our mission and a willingness to go the extra mile remain our critical success factors.

The most appropriate solution for each project is arrived at thanks to our consultative approach and our expertise across a broad range of technologies including:

  • Biomass Boilers
  • Combined Heat & Power (CHP)
  • Ground and Air Source Heat Pumps
  • Solar Thermal and Solar PV Systems
  • Underfloor heating and other distribution systems
  • District Heating

Ecoliving’s single source service can be summarised under the key delivery stages of: Consult; Design; Install; Maintain.

Consult: Following a survey or review of the proposed plans Ecoliving will consult with you on the possible renewable energy options and solutions for your property. Whether you are considering renewable energy for a single commercial building, a country estate or a distributed portfolio of properties throughout the country, the Ecoliving approach is to assess the energy needs of the property, the characteristics of the site and to gain an understanding of your objectives. Our consultancy services range from a free initial discussion to the following:

  • Site /project analysis and desktop report with generic outline proposals
  • Feasibility Study – Detailed site survey followed by costed proposals and cost benefit analysis showing return on investment accounting for any funding costs and incentives.

Design: You will receive a proposal based on the outcome of the consultation stage. As soon as you are happy with this, Ecoliving will finalise the design for approval together with a specification of the works to be carried out. Ecoliving is independent of any one manufacturer and is accredited with the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) and the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC) so you can have confidence you are dealing with a responsible renewable energy specialist committed to designing the most appropriate solution for your project.

Install: In order to deliver quality, guaranteed work that stands the test of time and maximises system efficiencies, Ecoliving uses its own trained and qualified installation engineers. Once the installation is complete, the system is commissioned and handed over to you along with guarantees, and all the required paperwork. We offer support with non-domestic RHI and other funding applications.

Maintain: Ensuring that your renewable energy system is running optimally is important which is why Ecoliving offers system maintenance. This also ensures that the conditions of manufacturers’ warranties and insurances are met and the RHI guidelines to have your renewable heating system serviced annually are followed.
